Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Carolina rice (use only Carolina brand)
    2 eggs (yolks only)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 stick (8 Tbsp.) butter
    egg whites
    bread crumbs
    4 or 5 meatballs, mashed with sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Transfer hot rice into large aluminum pan.
    Stir in butter until melted.
    Add cheese and egg yolks.
    Mix well.
    Cover.
    Chill overnight.
