Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into two greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
