Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 small apples, peeled and cut up
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

Add
the
5
tablespoons
of
sugar and cinnamon to the apples;
stir
and\tlet
set
for
awhile.\tMix
the remaining ingredients
until smooth.\tFold in apple mixture.\tIn a Bundt pan or tube pan, layer 1/3 dough first, 1/2 apple mixture, 1/3 dough, 1/2 apple mixture and 1/3 dough.
Bake 1 hour.
