Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs (raw)
    2 eggs, hard-boiled
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. Colman's dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 lb. claw crabmeat
    2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Smooth yolks of hard-boiled eggs in vinegar, mustard and melted butter.
    Add seasoning.
    Add boiling water, crabmeat, 2 raw egg yolks and bread crumbs.
    Chop boiled egg whites fine and add to meat.
    Whip raw egg whites and add whipped egg whites.
    Fill greased muffin pan and dot each crab cake with 1/4 teaspoon butter.
    Use medium heat until browned.
    Serve with lemon juice.
