Holiday Ham Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 oz. orange juice
3 oz. brandy (optional)

Preparation

Bake ham at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Glaze ham with above ingredients every 15 minutes for second hour.
Remove ham; let stand for 5 minutes.
Carve.
