Dried Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 small jar or pkg. dried beef
3 green onions
1/8 tsp. Accent
Preparation

Place cream cheese in a small bowl.
Chop or grind onions and 2 or 3 slices of beef together.
Add this to the cream cheese. Add Accent.
Mix well.
Chop or grind remainder of dried beef (fairly fine).
Place beef on an aluminum square.
Put cheese mixture on top of beef.
Form a ball by covering the cheese with the beef.
Wrap with aluminum foil and refrigerate.
Serve with Ritz or your favorite crackers.
