Dallas Dippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    cornmeal
    oil (for frying)
    guacamole sauce
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine Bisquick, water and chili powder to form soft dough.
    On a lightly floured board, knead 5 times. Divide into 16 equal parts.
    Shape each into a ball
    on the board. Sprinkle with corn meal.
    Roll each ball into a 4-inch circle. Drop circle into hot oil in fryer.
    Fry until puffy and golden. Drain and serve warm or cold.
