Diabetic Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. jelly (without added sugar) - Apricot (Polaner All Fruit)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. corn or vegetable oil
    1 large or 2 small bananas (mashed)
    1/2 c. Splenda (found in grocery store)
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, jelly, and vanilla and beat for 1 minute.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat for 1 minute.
    Use Pam spray on 6 1/2 x 10 inch pyrex dish. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
    Serve with a dollop of heavy cream or Cool Whip.
