Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats (uncooked)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 to 5 apples, sliced (enough to fill an 8 x 8-inch pan or small cake pan)
cinnamon and sugar (to sprinkle on apples)
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, butter, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg together until crumbly.
Slice apples thin (like you would for a pie).
Sprinkle with some sugar and cinnamon; place in baking dish and cover apples with the crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until crumbs are brownish.
