Passover Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1-2 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Farmer cheese (feta? ?)
1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
dash of Tabasco
3 eggs
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained.
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Cook and stir onion and garlic in butter until tender.
