Ingredients

1 1/4 c. distilled water
1 c. raw cashews or walnuts
3/4 c. pitted dates
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 1/4 c. rice or whole wheat flour
1 c. unsweetened carob chips
2 Tbsp. raw honey
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Place cashews and water into blender and blend until smooth. Add dates, vanilla, sea salt and rice (with the exception of flour) and continue blending until smooth.
Pour into a mixing bowl and add flour and the other ingredients.
Mix well.
Drop by tablespoon onto sprayed cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
