Raspberry Rice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small carton heavy whipping cream
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender; add sugar, salt and butter.
    Let cool. When rice is cool, whip cream and fold into rice.
    Refrigerate 4 hours.
    Serve with Raspberry Sauce.
