Chicken Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. linguine pasta
    1/2 head fresh broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large green pepper, cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    clove garlic (more if desired)
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in large fry pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry about 5 minutes.
    Remove chicken and reserve.
    Add broccoli and stir-fry 4 minutes.
    Add onion and green pepper; stir-fry 5 more minutes.
    Add chicken to pan and stir-fry 5 minutes more.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Boil linguine in large pot of boiling water; drain.
    Place pasta in large serving dish; top with chicken-vegetable mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
