Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can consomme or beef bouillon
    1/2 stick butter
    chopped onions (optional)
    chopped mushrooms (optional)
    1 can water
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole dish.
    Mix rice, consomme and water in with butter.
    Mix in onions and mushrooms, if desired.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
