Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 to 8 dashes cumin
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    1 head lettuce, shredded or chopped
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    fresh tomatoes, chopped
    16 oz. bag Frito-Lay corn chips
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain; add chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Melt cheese over very low heat; stir in Ro-Tel tomatoes (undrained). Layer lettuce, fresh tomatoes, onion, green pepper, crumbled Fritos, hot meat and melted cheese on top. Serves 5 to 6.
