Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. White Lilly self-rising cornmeal mix
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil (Crisco oil)
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat well-greased 8 or 10-inch heavy skillet in 425\u00b0 oven, using 1 tablespoon lard about 10 minutes.
    Blend all ingredients and pour into skillet or pan.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes for 8-inch skillet; 20 to 25 minutes for 10-inch skillet.
