Healthy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    2 medium tomatoes or 1 large
    2 yellow squash (small)
    2 green squash (small)
    1 medium Spanish onion
    1 medium cucumber
    1 head broccoli
    1/2 lb. spinach (not frozen)
    3 carrots
    1 c. oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    4 or 5 cloves garlic, chopped very fine
Preparation
    This salad is very good for your health.
