Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    2 c. water
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 heaping Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into thick slices.
    Add water and boil until tender.
    Drain and reserve 1 cup of the liquid.
    Return cup of liquid to stove and combine with next five ingredients.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Remove and stir in peanut butter.
    Line a baking dish with the sweet potatoes and pour sauce over.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
