Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 Jiffy cornbread mix
    1/2 large onion
    2 large tomatoes
    1/2 large pepper
    1/2 c. chopped pickle (bread & butter)
    1/2 heaping c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. pickle juice
Preparation
    Mix and bake cornbread.
    Cool and crumble.
    Cook sausage and drain well.
    Chop onion, pepper, pickles and tomato.
    Ad mayonnaise and juice.
    Stir in sausage and all but 1/2 cup bread. Use on top with green pepper garnish.
