Rosemary'S Sinfully Rich Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
4 c. milk
whipping cream
1 Tbsp. butter flavoring
1 c. plain flour or 1/2 c. cornstarch
2 c. canned, flaked coconut
2 graham cracker crusts
4 drops yellow food coloring
2 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and egg yolks.
Add 1 cup milk and stir until all lumps are gone.
Add rest of milk and cook over low heat,
stirring
constantly
so mixture will not stick to bottom of\tpan.
Cook
until
slightly
thickened,
then
add coconut. Add
flavorings
and
coloring.
Cook about 1 minute longer, stirring
constantly.
Pour
mixture into pie crusts. Top
with whipping cream.
Sprinkle a little coconut over top to garnish.
