Calico Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. saltine crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables without salt using package directions; drain.
    Add celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise; mix well.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Mix cracker crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
