Skillet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until browned.
    Drain off all but 1/4 cup drippings.
    Add onion and celery to bacon drippings.
    Cook until tender over medium-high heat.
