Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. peeled, diced apples
Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour and add remaining dry ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients to batter.
This will make a very stiff batter.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Grease 2 loaf pans with oil.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then place on foil and cool.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and wrap.
This will freeze very well.
