Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat, cartilage removed
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Mix together well all of the ingredients except the crabmeat. Then pour mixture over the crabmeat and fold in lightly but thoroughly.
Form into six cakes.
Cook cakes in frying pan in just enough oil to prevent sticking, until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
