The Great Pumpkin Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin puree
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream together the cream cheese, margarine and sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
    Mix in pumpkin.
    In another bowl, combine all 7 ingredients.
    Stir until well mixed. Pour, all at once, over batter.
    Stir just enough to moisten. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes, or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan.
    Remove to rack to finish cooling.
