Air Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Put egg yolks into mixing bowl.
    Beat at low speed 2 minutes. Add water and beat until foams like whites.
    Add small amounts of sugar at a time, beating 4 minutes.
    Add flavoring, flour with cream of tartar, beating in small amounts at a time.
    Beat for 4 minutes.
    Add pinch of salt to egg whites.
    Beat until dry.
    Fold into mixture.
