Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins, currants or chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Add optional items.
    Pour batter into two greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
