Pineapple Cheesecake(Dietetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple, packed in own juice
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/3 c. skim milk powder (no water added)
    2 pkg. sugar substitute
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Place drained pineapple in blender with half of its juice. Add gelatin and hot water; blend 2 minutes.
    Add dry milk and remainder of juice, sweetener, flavorings and lemon juice.
    Blend for 3 minutes.
    Pour into a 10-inch pan, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and allow to set for 1 hour.
    Yield: 8 servings.
