Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
2 medium onions, sliced very thin
1 green pepper, sliced very thin
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together well and pour over the vegetables.
Allow to stand 24 hours before serving.
