Upside-Down Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each: oregano and basil
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1/2 c. wine or apple juice
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. grated cheese
chopped parsley
Preparation

Brown meat in oil in iron skillet.
Add next 8 ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
Make cornbread mix and add creamed corn.
Put on top of meat mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Turn over on large platter or cookie sheet.
The meat will be on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
