Pasta Al Fresco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pasta
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated or dried Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta as package directs; drain.
    In large skillet, saute tomatoes, garlic and seasonings in oil 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Add pasta; toss lightly.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
