Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 large can pineapple (chunk)
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple. Reserve 6 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour and stir in reserved juice. Add cheese to pineapple chunks, mixing well. Pour mixture in greased casserole dish. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. This is good with baked ham.
