Date Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 pt. cream
    25 graham crackers, crumbled fine
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
    1/4 lb. chopped marshmallows
    1 large pkg. dates, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (save a few crumbs).
    Shape into a roll. Wrap in waxed paper and put in refrigerator. Can be handled better if made into 2 rolls, 2 1/2 to 3 inches in diameter.
    Slice 3/4-inch thick.
    When serving, top with whipped cream, pineapple or lime sherbet.
    Roll is sweet and needs something tart.
