Golden Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced, cooked carrots
1 (No. 303) can pineapple bits
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. tapioca
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Place carrots in a buttered baking dish.
Drain pineapple bits and reserve juice.
Add pineapple to carrots and mix well. Combine
reserved
juice
with brown sugar, tapioca and salt. Stir until dissolved.
Pour over carrot mixture and dot with butter.
Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
