Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1/3 c. margarine
1 pt. oysters
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
milk
Preparation

Use oyster juice plus enough milk to make 2 cups liquid.
Set aside.
Melt butter and add crumbs and seasonings; toss well to mix.
In a greased casserole dish, alternate layers of oysters and crumb mixture.
Pour liquid over layers and top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
