Stuffed Pistolettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. pistolette rolls
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 to 2 tsp. Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and seasoning; drain.
    Boil broccoli until tender; drain.
    Add cheese to meat; stir until melted.
    Mix in broccoli.
    Cut tops out of rolls; carefully dig out inside. Stuff with meat mixture.
    Before baking, brush rolls with garlic butter.
    Bake until brown at 350\u00b0.
    These can be frozen, but do not brush with butter until ready to bake.
