Carrot Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots, finely shredded
    1/2 (8 oz.) container reduced-calorie cream cheese (soft-style)
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. fines herbes, crushed
    1 small cucumber
    1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
Preparation
    Stir together carrots, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and fines herbes in a small mixing bowl.
    Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
