Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 eggs
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in oven until done; mash and add ingredients left.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
