Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    6 to 7 eggs, boiled and chopped fine
    1 small sweet onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    garlic salt to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Crumble cheese by hand. Add eggs, onion, parsley and seasonings. Put in enough mayonnaise so it sticks together.
    Put in a round bottom bowl and refrigerate.
    Turn over onto plate when ready to serve and sprinkle with paprika.
    Serve with crackers.
