Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, sugar, salt and soda.
    In a saucepan bring to a boil the margarine, oil, cocoa and water.
    Pour the cocoa mixture over the flour mixture.
    Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour batter into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Pour frosting over cake while it is in the pan and as soon as it is removed from the oven.
