Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices of bread (crust removed)
8 or 9 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 lb. sausage (more if needed)
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Place bread in greased casserole dish. Mix egg and milk; pour over bread slices and sprinkle with cheese. Cook sausage; drain off fat and sprinkle over bread and egg mixture. Sprinkle with more cheese; cover with foil, place in refrigerator over night. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
