Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (optional)
1 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in smaller bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients in large bowl, then add dry ingredients to wet.
Fold in pecans and raisins last, if desired.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
