Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Gradually beat in sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Fold in nuts.
    Place on buttered, floured cookie sheet by spoonfuls.
    Bake 8 to 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Makes approximately 2 dozen.
