Stir-Fried Vegetables(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, diagonally sliced
    1/2 c. spring onions, cut in 1/2-inch lengths
    1/2 c. broccoli flowerets (just the flowerets, not stems)
    1/2 c. mushrooms, diagonally sliced
    1/2 c. carrots, diagonally sliced
    1/2 c. cauliflowerets
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat a 10-inch browning skillet on Full power for 5 minutes.
    Quickly add oil, then all vegetables.
    Cook 5 to 6 minutes on Full power, covered with lid.
    Stir after 3 minutes. Quickly add cornstarch and bouillon, dissolved in 1/2 cup water. Add remaining seasonings.
    Cook another 3 minutes on Full power, uncovered, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes.
