Easy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 refrigerated pie crust
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Put pie crust in 9-inch pan as directed. In large bowl, combine ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0. Bake 40 or 50 minutes more, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Store in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip.
