Beef And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 lb. stew meat
5 or 6 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Cook meat until almost done.
Add potatoes and onions and cook until done.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix flour in 1/2 cup water. Add to beef and cook about 3 minutes.
