Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Italian bread crumbs
4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick oleo
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. fresh or canned mushrooms, drained
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Cut chicken into smaller pieces and place chicken in the beaten eggs for about 1 hour.
Coat the chicken in bread crumbs and brown in oleo on all sides.
Place in casserole pan.
Sprinkle cheese over the chicken, then add the mushrooms, then pour chicken broth. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Remove cover the last 10 minutes.
