Rhubarb And Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    crust for 2 crust pie
    1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped rhubarb
    handful of raisins
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 level Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. cream
    margarine
Preparation
    Prepare crusts.
    Mix remaining ingredients together except for margarine.
    Pour into crust; dot top with margarine.
    Add top vented crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 until crust is browned.
