Mushroom Creole Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
2 c. cooked diced turkey
1/2 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 scallion, sliced
1/2 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
Preparation

In a large bowl, lined with lettuce, arrange mushrooms, tomatoes, turkey, zucchini, green pepper and scallion. Toss with salad dressing. Yields 6 to 8 portions.
