Old Fashioned Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 lemons
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Beat in egg yolks.
    Add water mixed with corn meal.
    Add lemon juice and grated rind of lemons. Lastly, fold in beaten egg whites.
    Cook on unbaked pie crust. This makes 2 large pies. Start at 350\u00b0, then turn to 300\u00b0 after starts to brown (about 10 minutes).
    Cook about 25 minutes all together.
    I cook these pies on a preheated cookie sheet to help the crust get done on the bottom.
